Modder's Notes:
Mesh and skin collision may occur in extreme poses (especially for FemRoes), I try to even out as much as possible but cannot account for everything.

1: Skin texture cannot be assigned to an accessory. I tried both importing in Textools, then checking in game, either with Textools or Penumbra, and skin parts will not appear. As far as I know, since skin texture is never assigned to an accessory (earring, necklace, bracelet, ring), a mod cannot have skin textures. That is why there is no version that shows skin, naked or covered.
2: These are assigned to earrings, so if you wear a head pice that is set to hide earrings this will not show up. You can either enable earrings on the head piece youa re wearing or more to another accesory.
3: These boob pads will bounce only if the body piece you are wearing with one of the pads has boob bounce enabled. If you use an armor or cuirass and is set to turn off boob bounce, then these boob pads will not bounce.
4: **EXPECT COLLISIONS.** Whether if its from vanilla gear, or other modded gear with smaller boob sizes, there can and will be mesh collisions. Like the PSO2 accessory this mod was inspired from, these mods can collide with pieces (and unlike PSO2's version, you cannot manually set the position of the pads themselves. The only way I know is you would need to manually place the boob pads in Blender or something with the chest piece you want to pair one of them with).
5: If you want to possibly make your own version with skin texture showing, I would think you can pair them with hands. Just make a mod with hands and a boob pad, then import into a hand glam in Textools/Penumbra.
6: I also tried how bare boobs would look with vanilla gear (like the Extreme Survival Shirt or Linen Smock) and that the cleavage point would be inside the clothes, therefor not looking good even at vanilla scale.
7: To sum it up: Head gear determines if the mod shows up, Chest gear determines bounciness
